Rates 2012

	May 5 - May 26 $1300/wk plus 6% MI use tax
	May 26 - June 9 $1400 Week plus 6% MI use tax
	June 9 - June 16 $1600 Week plus 6% MI use tax
	June 16 - June 23 $2200 Week plus 6% MI use tax
	June 23 - June 30 $3000 Week plus 6% MI use tax
	June 30 - August 25 $3500 Week plus 6% MI use tax
	August 25 - September 1 $3000 Week plus 6% MI use tax
	September 1 - October 27 $1400 Week plus 6% MI use tax

Reservations

Reservations require 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days before occupancy. A separate check for the $500 Security Deposit is also due at this time, but it will not be deposited until 14 days before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER February 1st.

Deposit minus $200. refunded if notified in writing by February 1st. After February 1st the entire deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent your week for the same rate. Then your deposit minus $200 will be returned.

Rental week runs Saturday to Saturday
Check-in Time: Saturday 4 PM
Check-out Time: Saturday 11 AM
